A delightful and refreshing fruit salad that brings the flavors of summer to your plate. Perfect as a side dish for barbecues or a light dessert. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 bag of grapes
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the apples and banana. Cut the apples into cubes and slice the banana.
2. Wash the grapes and cut them in half.
3. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them in halves or quarters depending on their size.
4. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
5. Squeeze lime juice over the fruit and add honey. Gently mix everything together.
6. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
