A fresh and colorful summer salad, perfect as a side dish for summer barbecues or a light lunch. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage
- 1 can of pineapple chunks
- 1 bag of mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers
- 1 bunch of grapes
Instructions:
1. Chop the Chinese cabbage into small strips and place them in a large bowl.
2. Rinse and halve the grapes, then add them to the bowl.
3. Drain the pineapple chunks and add them to the mixture.
4. Add the mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers, then mix all the ingredients well.
5. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
