These homemade chicken nuggets are crispy and flavorful, perfect for snacking or as a side dish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dl egg (about 2 large eggs)
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces. 2. Prepare three separate bowls: in one, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Crack the eggs into the second bowl and whisk lightly.
4. Pour the breadcrumbs into the third bowl.
5. Dip the chicken pieces first into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring all surfaces are well coated.
6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
7. Fry the nuggets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
8. Remove the cooked nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
9. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
