Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons chunky Tex Mex salsa (hot)
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons potato flour

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and Tex Mex salsa.
2. Place the saucepan over low heat and warm the mixture.
3. In a small bowl, mix the milk and potato flour, then pour the mixture into the saucepan.
4. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
5. Season with seasoning salt to taste.
6. If the sauce is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a little more milk.
