A classic Finnish dish that is easy and quick to prepare. The addition of vinegar gives it a delightful flavor that will keep you coming back for more. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it well.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then add the vinegar. Let it simmer for a moment.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5–10 minutes.
6. Serve warm with potatoes or pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
