A delicious and hearty creamy sauce made with ground beef and a hint of chili, perfect for pasta or potatoes. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 700 g ground beef - 2 onions
- 200 g Tomato-Chili cream cheese
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 500 ml cooking cream
- 3 tsp ground beef seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onions. 2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, then add the chopped onions and cook until the onions are soft.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the meat mixture and stir well.
4. Pour in the cooking cream and add the Tomato-Chili cream cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with ground beef seasoning and salt. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve with potatoes or pasta.
