Ingredients:
- 1 large onion or 2 small onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 packets of bacon
- 1 package of ham strips
- 1 jar of herb and garlic cream cheese (e.g., Creme Bonjour)
- 2 cartons of cooking cream
- A large pinch of pepper blend or black pepper
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Add the ham strips to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the cream cheese and cooking cream. Mix well.
5. Season the sauce with the pepper blend and salt, if using.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions and serve with the sauce.
