Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 carrots (300 g)
- 400 g unseasoned chicken strips
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 small leek
- 0.25 dl rice
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 200 g frozen corn or 1 large corn on the cob, chopped
- 1.5 liters chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large pot and cook the chicken strips until fully cooked.
2. Add the turmeric to the chicken strips and mix well.
3. Pour the chicken broth into the pot and add the rice.
4. Clean and slice the leek, then add it to the pot.
5. Peel and slice the carrots, and add them to the pot.
6. Add the frozen corn or chopped corn on the cob to the pot.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Let the soup simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the rice and vegetables are tender.
9. Serve hot.
