Ingredients:

- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 1 liter water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 red onion
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 piece of leek
- 2 carrots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Basil

Instructions:

1. Place the chicken in a large empty pot.
2. Boil the water in another pot and pour it over the chicken.
3. Add the chicken bouillon cube and vegetable bouillon cube to the pot.
4. Peel and chop the red onion, yellow onion, leek, carrots, and garlic. Add them to the pot.
5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
6. Let it simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Remove the chicken from the pot, let it cool slightly, and serve with your choice of sides.
