A delicious and hearty oven dish that combines a potato-onion mix with spicy kebab pieces. Perfect for a weekday meal or a weekend treat.

Ingredients:
- 500 g potato-onion mix
- 1 packet of kebab pieces
- 2.5 dl blue cheese flavored cooking cream
- Optional: crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Spread half of the frozen potato-onion mix evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Layer the kebab pieces on top, and sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese if desired.
4. Add the remaining potato-onion mix on top.
5. Pour the cooking cream over the entire mixture.
6. Bake in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Serve with a fresh salad.
