A delicious kebab recipe served on a refreshing salad bed, perfect for summer grilling. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 4 tortillas
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl plain yogurt (2.5% fat)
- 500 g ground lamb
- 50 g feta cheese (8% fat)
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 dl peeled almonds
- 0.5 tsp salt
- iceberg lettuce
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the red onion and parsley.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, cumin, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add the chopped red onion and parsley to the mixture.
3. Shape the mixture into kebab patties or skewers.
4. Grill the kebab patties on a hot grill for about 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
5. Chop the cherry tomatoes and mix them with the yogurt, then add the lemon juice.
6. Place the iceberg lettuce on a plate, top with the kebabs, yogurt mixture, and crumbled feta cheese.
7. Garnish with peeled almonds and serve with tortillas.
