These delicious oatmeal pancakes are the perfect choice for leisurely morning moments. They come together quickly and taste wonderful. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey (or other sweetener)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, egg, honey, baking powder, and salt until you have a smooth batter.2. Let the batter rest for about 5-10 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired pancake sizes.
5. Cook the pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes with berries, yogurt, or maple syrup.
