Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken breast
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
5. Assemble the tortillas by adding sliced chicken, diced bell pepper, cucumber, and chopped cilantro.
6. Roll the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
