- 2 dl light sour cream or yogurt
- 0.5 cucumber
- 8 shrimp
- 4 pita breads or thin flatbreads (1 package)
Instructions:
1. Thaw the shrimp in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours before preparation.
2. Drain the thawed shrimp well in a colander.
3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
4. In a bowl, mix the sour cream or yogurt, sweet chili sauce, lemon pepper, and salt.
5. Add the drained shrimp and chopped dill to the mixture. Mix well.
6. Warm the pita breads or flatbreads according to package instructions.
7. Fill the warm pita breads or flatbreads with the shrimp mixture and top with cucumber slices.
