Ingredients
- 400 g broccoli - 400 g carrots
- 400 g cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- A piece of ginger (about 1 cm) or a pinch of dried ginger
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. 2. Boil the vegetables in the order of how long they take to cook until they are fully tender.
3. Puree each vegetable separately.
4. Season the purees with salt and pepper.
5. Grate fresh ginger into the carrot puree or add a pinch of dried ginger.
6. Allow the purees to cool slightly before serving.
