Delicious and crispy chicken nuggets, perfect for snacking or as a main dish. Easy to prepare and loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 dl canola oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces.
2. Prepare three bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and the third for the breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
3. Dredge the chicken pieces first in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
4. Heat the canola oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets in the oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the nuggets and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm with a dip of your choice.
