Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Rinse the cauliflower and trim the stem so it can stand upright.
3. In a bowl, mix tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the tahini mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
