Moist and delicious tahini banana bread, perfect for a snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (160°C for convection oven).
2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
3. Add tahini and honey (or maple syrup) to the mashed bananas and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until a smooth batter forms.
6. If desired, fold in the nuts or seeds and dark chocolate into the batter.
7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Check doneness with a toothpick.
9. Allow to cool before slicing.
