A delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional meat patties. Perfect for a healthy meal!

Serving Size: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- 200 g plant-based protein
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the plant-based protein, rolled oats, water, onion, garlic, grated carrot, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
4. Serve the patties with a salad or on bread. Enjoy!
