Ingredients:
- 2 dl blueberries - 2 dl blackcurrants
- 2 dl water or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp protein powder (egg white)
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener to taste
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the blueberries and blackcurrants thoroughly. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.
