Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- 1 frozen banana (peeled and chopped)
- 3 tablespoons (about ½ cup) soaked chia seeds
- 200 g blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add almond milk to a blender.

3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
