Ingredients:
- 1 dl berry puree (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 dl fruit puree (e.g., banana or apple)
- 1 dl egg whites
- 1 dl milk or plant-based alternative
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the berry puree and fruit puree together.
2. Add the egg whites to the mixture and blend until smooth.
3. Pour in the milk and honey, then mix again until well combined.
4. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend once more.
5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
