Ingredients:
- 1 dl egg whites (about 3 egg whites)
- 1 dl oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener to taste)
- 1/2 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg whites, oat flour, baking powder, honey, milk, and salt until smooth.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
3. Pour the batter onto the skillet in your desired pancake sizes.
4. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve warm with berries or yogurt.
