A delicious wrap filled with grilled fish, kebab meat, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a summer meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 tortillas
- 200 g cooked fish (e.g., salmon or perch)
- 100 g kebab meat
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 50 g lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 100 ml yogurt sauce
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients: chop the avocado and tomato, and tear the lettuce into small strips.
2. Warm the tortillas lightly in a frying pan or microwave.
3. Spread yogurt sauce over the tortillas.
4. Place the cooked fish, kebab meat, avocado, tomato, and lettuce in the center of the tortillas.
5. Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
6. Roll the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired.
