A delicious and low-carb seita dish that's quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a light dinner.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 dl Flora cooking cream 15%
- 1 packet (4 pieces) frozen seita fillets
- Butter for frying
- Lemon and sorrel for garnish
- Pre-cooked cabbage wedges, lightly browned
- ½ fish stock cube
Instructions:
1. Thaw the seita fillets in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
2. Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until soft. Remove the onions from the pan.
4. If needed, add more butter to the pan and crumble the fish stock cube into the butter. Mix well.
5. Place the thawed seita fillets in the pan and fry on both sides until cooked through.
6. Add the sautéed onions and Flora cooking cream to the pan. Stir and let simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
7. Serve the fish pieces alongside the cabbage wedges, squeezing fresh lemon juice and adding sorrel to taste.
