Kalakeitto - A Delicious Fish Soup

Ingredients
- 1 onion - About 5 allspice berries
- 500 g coley fish
- 5 - 6 potatoes
- 4 dl water
- 4 - 5 dl milk
- A bunch of dill, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 - 2 tbsp butter
- About 5 white peppercorns
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and onion.2. Boil the water in a pot.
3. Add the potato and onion pieces along with the allspice berries to the boiling water.
4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are nearly tender.
5. Add the coley fish and pour the milk into the pot.
6. Allow the soup to simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Before serving, stir in the chopped dill, salt, butter, and white pepper.
8. Serve hot.
