Ingredients:
- 300 g white fish (e.g., cod or perch)- 200 g shrimp (peeled)
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 l fish stock
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, carrots, potatoes, and zucchini.2. Heat olive oil in a pot and add the onion. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the fish stock and bring the soup to a boil for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
5. Add the zucchini and fish fillets to the soup. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
6. Stir in the shrimp and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat gently, but do not boil.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill or parsley.
