A delicious and healthy light fish soup perfect for a comforting meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of pollock or other fish
- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 carrots
- 8-10 potatoes
- 1 bunch of dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 liter of water or fish stock
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.
2. Heat the water or fish stock in a pot and add the carrots and potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the fish fillets and dill, then season with salt and pepper. Cook until the fish is done, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
