A delicious and easy weeknight meal that brings the flavors of the sea to your home. This soup is packed with nutrients and is perfect for chilly days. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g fish (e.g. salmon or pike fillets)
- 1 liter fish stock
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrot. Finely chop the onion.
2. Heat the fish stock in a pot and add the potatoes, carrot, and onion. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the fish fillets to the soup and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
4. Pour the cream into the soup and season with salt and pepper. Allow it to heat up, but do not boil again.
5. Serve the soup garnished with fresh herbs.
