Ingredients:
- 400 g fish (e.g. salmon or pike)
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g green pepper cream cheese
- 100 ml fresh herbs (e.g. dill or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for sautéing
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and potatoes.
2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the onion for a few minutes until translucent.
3. Add the chopped potatoes and vegetable broth, and cook until the potatoes are tender.
4. Add the fish pieces to the pot and cook for a few minutes until the fish is cooked through.
5. Stir in the cream and green pepper cream cheese, mixing until the cheese melts.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then add the fresh herbs just before serving.
7. Serve hot.
