A creamy and comforting fish soup, perfect for a warm meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fish (e.g., salmon or pike)
- 1 l fish stock or water
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 dl cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrot into small pieces. 2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Sauté the onion in a pot for a few minutes until it becomes soft and translucent.
4. Add the potatoes and carrots to the pot, then pour in the fish stock or water.
5. Cook until the potatoes and carrots are tender.
6. Add the fish to the soup and cook for a few more minutes.
7. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
8. Let the soup simmer for a moment, then serve garnished with fresh dill.
