Ingredients

- 2-3 tbsp cream
- 1-2 packs of bacon strips or cubes
- Salt to taste
- Blue cheese to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 onion
- 5-7 eggs (depending on the size of the baking dish)
- About 4-5 cups shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella, Emmental)
- (1 tbsp soy flour) to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and cooked through.
3. Chop the onion and bell pepper, and add them to the skillet with the bacon. Sauté until the onion is soft.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and blue cheese. Add soy flour if using.
5. Combine the bacon, onion, and bell pepper mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the pie is set.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
