Ingredients
- 4 pieces of frozen Cod - 4 slices of Oltermanni cheese (9%)
- 1 tsp chervil
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp basil
- 4 slices of black olives
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 6 orange segments
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 4 marinated garlic cloves
Instructions
1. Thaw the cod in the refrigerator or in cold water. 2. Finely chop the onion and celery into small pieces.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and celery. Sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the capers, basil, dill, and chili powder to the pan. Mix well.
5. Add the thawed cod pieces to the pan and cook until they are done, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
6. Top the cod with slices of Oltermanni cheese and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
7. Serve the cod with orange segments and slices of black olives.
8. Drizzle with syrup and add the marinated garlic cloves before serving.
