A delicious and creamy sauce that pairs perfectly with pasta, meat, or potatoes. This recipe uses frozen chantarelles to bring the taste of autumn to your kitchen. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g frozen chantarelles - 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Thaw the chantarelles at room temperature or in the microwave. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the thawed chantarelles to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms start to brown.
5. Pour in the cream and vegetable broth. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until it thickens.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the sauce warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
