Ingredients:

- 200 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 150 g bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions:

1. Clean and chop the chanterelle mushrooms.
2. Finely chop the garlic, onion, and spring onion.
3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the bacon. Cook until crispy.
4. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan. Sauté until soft.
5. Add the chanterelles and cook for a few minutes.
6. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well.
7. Pour the cream into the pan and mix. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
8. Season with salt and black pepper.
9. Finally, stir in the chopped parsley and serve warm.
