Ingredients
- 0.5 liters fresh chanterelle mushrooms - 4 cloves garlic
- 400 g ground turkey
- 4 juniper berries
- 250 ml cooking cream
- ginger (to taste)
- marjoram (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- a pinch of brown sugar
- 2 spring onions
Instructions
1. Chop the white parts of the spring onions and the garlic cloves.2. Sauté the chopped ingredients in a pan until they are soft.
3. Add the ground turkey to the pan and cook until it starts to brown.
4. Stir in the chopped chanterelles and crushed juniper berries. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the cooking cream and season with ginger, marjoram, black pepper, salt, and a pinch of brown sugar.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
7. Before serving, sprinkle the chopped green parts of the spring onions on top.
