A delicious turkey cutlet seasoned with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for summer dinners. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves four.
Ingredients:
- 500 g turkey breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice and zest)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the turkey breast fillets into thin cutlets.
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, crushed garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
4. Add the turkey cutlets to the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey cutlets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
6. Serve immediately, accompanied by salad or potatoes.
