- 4 whole grain wraps
- 200 g chicken breast or tofu
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 g lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- 100 ml yogurt (or vegan alternative)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro or basil)

Instructions:
