A delicious and refreshing wrap filled with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a light lunch or snack. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g boneless smoked salmon (e.g., salmon or whitefish)
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g chive cream cheese
- 30 g cucumber
- 1 small red onion
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Lettuce
- 1 pack Schär Wraps
Instructions:
1. Chop the smoked salmon, red onion, and cucumber into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream and chive cream cheese together. Season the mixture with lemon juice.
3. Add the smoked salmon, red onion, and cucumber to the cream cheese mixture and stir well.
4. Divide the filling evenly between two wraps and spread it out into a smooth layer.
5. Chop the lettuce and place it on top of the filling.
6. Roll the wraps tightly into rolls.
7. Cut both rolls diagonally in half and serve cold.
