Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 cup (250 ml) warm water
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 cup (100 g) grated cheese
- 2 teaspoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1½ teaspoons smoked sea salt (or regular salt)
- 5½ - 6 cups (700-800 g) all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the salt, dry yeast, herbs, and honey into the warm water. 2. Add the olive oil and grated cheese to the mixture.
3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour until the dough reaches a suitable consistency.
4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic and smooth.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough to your desired shape and transfer it to a baking paper-lined tray.
7. Pre-bake the crust at 440°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes before adding your toppings.
