- Chicken breast strips or fillets - 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- Salt
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions:
1. Chop the bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces. 2. Alternate threading chicken strips, zucchini, and bell pepper onto skewers.
3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
4. Grill the skewers quickly until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables have some color.
