Delicious crispy chicken nuggets made with panko breadcrumbs. A perfect treat for the whole family, especially kids.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 dl panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
2. Prepare three separate plates: place the flour on one, the beaten eggs on another, and the panko breadcrumbs mixed with spices on the third.
3. Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve warm.
