Delicious chicken nuggets coated in a crunchy crust. Perfect for any occasion, whether casual or festive! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillets - 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dl milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces. 2. Prepare three bowls: place the flour in one, whisked eggs mixed with milk in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with spices in the third.
3. Dip the chicken pieces first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the nuggets in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
6. Remove the nuggets and let them drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
