Ingredients:
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken
- 750 g frozen creamy cheese potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper (your choice)
- Curry powder to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil and butter for cooking
- 1/2 bell pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F) and set the stove to medium heat (6).
2. Chop the red onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
4. Add the honey-marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
5. Stir in the garlic, chili, curry powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Place the frozen creamy cheese potatoes in a baking dish and top with the sautéed mixture.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are hot and the top is nicely colored.
