Ingredients:
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken or broiler
- 750 g frozen cheesy creamy potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper of your choice
- To taste: curry powder
- To taste: black pepper
- To taste: olive oil and butter
- Half a bell pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225 °C (437 °F).
2. Chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
4. Add the honey-marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
5. Stir in the chopped chili, curry powder, and black pepper, mixing well.
6. Pour the cheesy creamy potatoes into a baking dish and top with the sautéed chicken and vegetable mixture.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
