Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown.
5. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for a few more minutes until the onion is soft.
6. Pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
7. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and basil. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
8. Serve warm over pasta or rice, and garnish with fresh parsley.
