Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets - 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup strong ajvar relish sauce
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 0.5 cup cooking yogurt (6-8% fat)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F). 2. Season the chicken fillets on both sides with salt.
3. In a bowl, combine the ajvar relish, parsley, cumin, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
4. Spoon the spice mixture over the chicken fillets and spread evenly.
5. Place the fillets in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve with fennel sauce.
