- 4 medium-sized potatoes

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes halfway through baking.
