A hearty and delicious kale salad that combines fresh flavors with crispy bacon. The curly kale makes the salad particularly soft and enjoyable. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale- 150 g bacon
- 1 apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or pine nuts)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the thick stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.2. Cook the bacon until crispy in a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon on paper towels to drain excess fat.
3. Wash the apple, remove the seeds, and chop it into cubes.
4. Crumble the feta cheese.
5. In a large bowl, mix the kale, cooked bacon, apple cubes, feta cheese, and nuts.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
