Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let it cool.
2. Sauté the chicken fillets in curry powder, salt, and olive oil until cooked through. Let it cool and slice into strips.
3. Chop the bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chicken, vegetables, and sugar.
5. Add the white wine vinegar and yogurt, mix well.
